Today is day 2 of my workout challenge and it went very well!
I jumped on the treadmill for 30 minutes and walked/ran. It was good!! I have to say my THIGHS ARE BURNING! Zumba and the speed walking back to back may not be the best idea hahah. I think tomorrow I will do something a bit different.. probably an upper body workout.
I also have a massage tomorrow which I am looking forward to.. It will feel nice on my sore muscles! :)
Anyways I should go.. I'm watching the show Ringer! I love this show sooo much!
