haha I could only do 21 minutes because I thought I was going to have a heart attack.. or an asthma attack (I grew out of asthma when I was a kid but it felt like it could come back!). It was intense.. I was DRIPPING in sweat when I was done and maaaaaaaaaaaaaaan did it feel good!!! :)
I am soo sore.. I was already sore from my massage yesterday (my back is bruised!) so doing an intense work out may not have been the best idea but hey.. gotta work myself in and now I'm happy I did it!
I do think that tomorrow I will go back to walking lol. Maybe I'll take a quick stroll during my lunch break after our catered lunch provided by Primal (the best workplace EVER). WHOOT!!!
Today one of my friends told me that my blog inspired her to start tracking points again. It made me feel so good and made me feel like I was actually making a difference by doing this <3. Thanks so much for saying that hunny!!
Anyways I'm going to head over to my amazing boyfriends house soon so I need to clean myself up to make myself look pretty (or not? He would tell me "you're done" ahaha so cute <3). I will update you all tomorrow!
