So for my workout yesterday I decided to hit the treadmill. Honestly it was really hard because my dad had just built a fire in our basement so I was SOO SOOO SOOO HOT!!!
It was a really uncomfortable feeling :(. I could only last 20 minutes.
I think tonight I'm REALLY going to push myself.
With that said.. I have official completed 7 days of workouts! I'm so proud of myself for sticking to it and even prouder to have done waayyyy more than 5 minutes every day :).
On the weight watchers front, Wednesday morning are my weigh in days. I got on the scale and I am 1.5 lbs down this week! I was a bit disappointed as I did expect to lose more .. but what can you do! Its still a loss and not a gain so I am currently VERY happy about that :)
Anyways.. today is a very, very busy day for me so I will update you later!
